So...
I ended up neglecting the workout program for a week or so due to work and other kind of crap that popped up BUT I am back in the game.
I had done the fit test again today and luckily I am still around the same fitness level as I was from my last session which is a relief to hear. Went to the GP (General Practitioner/Dr) for a check up the other and surprise surprise...
I was told I'm overweight according to BMI results (which in fact I don't really believe...) but was advised to lose about 8-10kg which would bring me to my target weight anyway. Was also told to return in about 2 months for another checkup and will ask for a body fat % reading instead seeing as I am trying to gain some muscle mass as well as lose fat...complicated huh?
Overall I'm glad to be starting the program again, but I don't think I'll be posting daily...maybe weekly.
Peace ouuut

Day 15 of Insanity
Muh'fuggin fit test day!
Well something has happened. Some where in my body internally and externally change is happening.
Not going to write about day 13 or my rest day (rest days are cheat days by the way)
Todays fit test proved to me that, although I didnt try as hard as I did the first time round (due to a horrific nauseous feeling after doing the test) I still got respectable results, not only that but I have lose half a stone, and I am looking a little thinner (didnt measure though).
I am happy with the results I am getting so yeah going to keep pushing harder and harder and just walk for the sake of walking. (I dont want to pay for travel you see)
Who knows how the results will be in a months time?! if these results keep on increasing (or decreasing) I will be pretty damn chuffed! :)

Day 12 Insanity
Today, was good.
Really pushed myself today, and in all honesty, its not pleasant to know, but I sweated a lot.
I guess the focus I am putting into this is helping a lot too, I watch my calories (not like a hawk, just on an approximate), I have made a promise and stuck to it so far to stay clear or processed food and go for whole foods, and just the determination I put into my workouts has risen quite a bit.
Along side Insanity, at night after my blog posts, I decide to learn a few things about the mind, body and soul (I believe in spiritual strength) and how there are different layers that make up strength, instead of thinking its all aggression and force I have learnt that you really do need to find a balance between being in a calm state whilst exerting this energy to get the best out of yourself. Elliot Hulse on YouTube has been one of the main people I have learnt a few things from, you could just search his name to find his personal vlog or search strength camp to find his vlog on all round fitness.
I guess the fact that I know my end goal is ever becoming closer and closer is making me push myself harder too... nonetheless its all good homie!
Peace!!!

Day 8,9,10 &11 of insanity
Okay... I kind of neglected the posts this week...
Either way there is good news. Scale check today showed I have lost about half a stone!!! In a week and a little bit! Which means the changes I have been seeing have finally taken place.
Now I am more than determined to go through this even more. At this rate I could end up with a slightly more than average body (hopes are high)
The workouts seem to be getting a little more comfortable now, my stamina has increased stupendously, considering the fact I hadn't played any form of intensive sport for a while before I started Insanity.
What seems to always catch me out are the damn Quadriceps exercises. I have naturally got pretty large quadriceps; american football demands strength in that area as well as past cycling, maybe the fact that they are already quite muscular is the reason that I feel that burn in them pretty damn quickly? Because they shouldnt and dont want to get any bigger?
Regardless I am happy to see some results coming through!
Peace owwwt!!
